ICHRP Corruption and Human Rights Report in Spanish launched in Chile

Pict0044bisOn 10 August 2010, the Spanish version of Corruption and Human Rights: Making the Connection was launched in Santiago de Chile.
The speakers were: Christian Gruenberg, representing ICHRP, one of the authors of the report; María de los Ángeles Fernández, Executive Director of Fundación Chile 21; and Silvana Lauzán, Director of the Democracy and Human Rights programme at the Universidad de Chile.
The presentation of the report was followed by questions and a lively discussion. The event served as the finale to a two-day workshop on anti-corruption and human rights held by Transparency International. Attendants included anti-corruption and human rights academics and practitioners from all over Latin America, as well as journalists and representatives from the OHCHR and the diplomatic community in Chile.
